Chinese Pellet Mill

The Pellet Mill consists of 3 main parts:-

1- Feeder, the regulator of feed entry into the baler

2- The cooker’s conditionner, which is the most important part of the product manufacturing process, where the product is mixed with steam in appropriate degrees for each type of feed.

3- A press is one of the most important stages in the production line, where the product is transformed from a fine and crushed product to pigments (pellet) in order to reduce feed waste, preserve medicines and vitamins and obtain the correct proportions.
